After beginning his career in Chicago and managing a busy Los Angeles commercial casting facility, Justin spent nearly two decades as a creative partner and casting director at ASG Casting. He founded J Hook Casting in 2023 to deliver the same depth of expertise with a highly responsive, project-specific approach.
Justin has served on the Commercial Casting Directors Association board since 2016 and currently serves as President. His work spans commercials, branded content, television, real-people searches, comedy ensembles, athletes, and specialized skills.
